About Your Sales Tutor
I’m John, an International B2B Sales Professional with 13+ years of experience selling across 50+ countries and six continents. My background is in complex B2B sales across chemicals, construction, commodities, electronics and mobility. I built Your Sales Tutor to share the practical frameworks and real-world lessons and tools I wish I had when I was starting out.

How Your Sales Tutor Was Born

I started my first B2B sales job at 23, eager to make connections and close deals. On my very first day, I realised that sales is far more complex than I had imagined. It is not just about having a great product and finding a buyer. It is about understanding people, navigating complex processes, and knowing that the right timing matters as much as the right offer.

In the beginning, I felt out of my depth. Without a mentor to guide me, I searched for answers on my own. I asked experienced colleagues for advice, shadowed top performers in my company, read every B2B sales book I could get my hands on, and applied new tactics immediately in real situations. Those lessons delivered results.

My efforts paid off. I earned promotions, took on larger responsibilities, and eventually moved into international B2B sales roles across 50+ countries and six continents. Along the way, I learned to adapt to different cultures, industries and business environments, from fast-paced negotiations in the Americas to long-term relationship building across Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania.

Over time, one of the most rewarding parts of my career became training and mentoring new sales professionals. I remembered exactly how it felt to be full of energy but unsure where to start. I did not want others to face the same uncertainty alone. That is why I created Your Sales Tutor. A resource built on real field experience, not theory, for anyone who wants to sell better in the real world.

Founder & Mentor – Your Sales Tutor

With over 13 years of experience in international B2B sales and business development — and having traveled to more than 50 countries to meet clients and partners — I’ve learned that successful selling goes far beyond closing a deal. True B2B sales success comes fWith over 12 years of experience in international B2B sales and business development, I have worked across 50+ countries and six continents, selling in chemicals, construction, commodities, electronics and mobility sectors.

One deal taught me more about B2B sales than any training ever could. A Middle East customer came to me with requirements I could not fully meet. In most markets, that is where the conversation ends. Not there. Saying no outright would have ended the relationship and the deal. Instead I took every concern seriously, showed up consistently, found solutions where others would have walked away, and held firm on what mattered commercially. I navigated payment terms, the most sensitive part of any international deal, without once letting it feel like a transaction. Because in that part of the world, trust comes before business. Break the trust and you lose everything. Handle it right and you have a partner for life.

That experience is why I built Your Sales Tutor around real field situations, not theory. Complex B2B sales, especially across cultures, rewards the seller who knows when to push, when to wait, and when to show up differently.

Meet Your Mentor

Mentor – Your Sales Tutor

Bianca

Bianca graduated in Political Science and began her career working on international development projects with non-governmental organisations. Those years gave her a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, empathy, and communication. They also revealed something unexpected: she wanted to explore how those same human skills could make a difference in the business world.

Bianca transitioned from NGOs into sales. Her first role was with a leading M&A company that specialised in selling online businesses. There, she worked as an Account and Project Manager, coordinating acquisitions and managing the migration process between sellers and buyers. It was a crash course in negotiation, stakeholder alignment, and client trust. All skills that would define her later success.

After that, Bianca joined a company focused on promoting HR benefits for employees, moving into Account Management. She learned how to connect business goals with human outcomes, helping organisations create value not only for their clients but also for the people behind them.

Today, at Your Sales Tutor, Bianca combines her people-first mindset with real-world sales experience across industries. Her mission is simple: to prove that you do not have to be the loudest in the room to be successful in sales.

Having once considered herself too introverted for a career in selling, Bianca is passionate about helping others, especially those who doubt they fit the mould, discover that empathy, preparation, and structure can be even more powerful than charisma.
